Academic Records

Official academic records, including transcripts, mark sheets, diplomas and degrees, from every secondary (freshmen and lower division transfers) and post-secondary school you attended must be sent directly in separate sealed envelopes to 菠菜网lol正规平台's Office of Undergraduate 招生. There are no exceptions. Copies of documents sent directly by the applicant will not be accepted or processed.

NOTE: Once submitted to 菠菜网lol正规平台, documents become the property 的 university and cannot be released.

Send a letter from y我们的 bank or copy of y我们的 bank statement stating the amount of liquid funds in y我们的 account (or y我们的 sponsor's account). The letter/statement must have been issued within the last six months and must be reported in U.S. 美元. If you have a sponsor, the 名字 listed on the bank statement must match y我们的 sponsor’s 名字. This sponsor’s 名字 must also be entered on y我们的 Declaration of Finance Form.

Declaration of Finance Form

We will post a link to the Declaration of Finance [pdf] form on y我们的 My菠菜网lol正规平台 account. You and y我们的 sponsor must sign the Declaration of Finance form. Y我们的 Declaration of Finance form must indicate that you or y我们的 sponsor have at least the total estimated expenses listed for the academic year you plan to attend. The Declaration of Finance form must match the account holder 名字 on the bank statement/letter 你提交. 

Copy of Passport

Submit a copy of y我们的 current passport with y我们的 current legal 名字. The 名字 on y我们的 passport MUST match the 名字 you used when 你提交ted y我们的 application. 你的护照 must be current and not less than three months from expiring.

Official test scores, such as TOEFL/IELTS/PTE/Duolingo and SAT/ACT must be sent directly from the testing company. If possible, please have y我们的 test scores sent electronically by the testing company. Certified English Translations

Documents in languages other than English must be accompanied by certified English translations by an approved government or school official. Notarized translations will not be accepted.

I-20形式

If you are offered admission to 菠菜网lol正规平台 and are coming from outside the United States, 菠菜网lol正规平台 will process y我们的 I-20 form and email it to you so that you may start y我们的 F-1 签证程序. In order to create y我们的 I-20, you must provide an international permanent home address, not a Post Office Box address, school address or agent address.

How to Submit Documents

After applying, please submit documents in the required format [pdf] 使用 菠菜网lol正规平台 招生 Document Upload form. Submit documents only 一个 time; do not send duplicates as this will cause processing 延迟.
