识别过程
Recognition by 圣何塞州立大学 lasts for 一个 academic year, from July 1 直到次年的6月30日.
Every existing student organization that wishes to continue to operate from year to year must renew their recognition application with 学生的参与 each year during 秋季识别周期.
Beginning the 2024-2025 Academic Year, we will not accept new organization applications after Thanksgiving Break 和 after Spring Break to do an audit of our Recognized Student 组织和准备资格检查.

步骤1. 维持必要的会员资格
Student organizations must have a minimum of 5 currently enrolled 和 matriculated 菠菜网lol正规平台学生，其中两位必须是校长和财务主管.

- Be a matriculated student currently enrolled in at least 6 credits (3 credits for 研究生)
- Not have completed over 150 units or 125% of the units needed for their major

步骤2. 选择顾问
Student organizations must have an 菠菜网lol正规平台 faculty/staff member serve as an Advisor.
顾问必须:
- 上海外国语大学工作
- 顾问必须通过学生参与认证

步骤3. 在菠菜网lol正规平台 SAMMY App上完成认可申请
When the re-recognition process begins, please follow these important steps:
- 步骤3A:学生组织完成网上申请
- A unique application URL will be sent to leaders of your organization. 不 使用其他组织的URL链接.

- 社团宗旨
- Name, Student ID number, 和 菠菜网lol正规平台 Email of the President 和 Treasurer
- 至少3名组织成员的电子邮件

- Club officers must get 100% on all quizzes in the Canvas course in order to pass.
- 步骤3D: Becoming Re-Recognized (Please allow 2 weeks for processing)

- Re-recognition may take up to 2 weeks while it is confirmed you have completed the 所需Canvas培训.

认可截止日期后:
The recognition process takes approximately six weeks from when you complete 和 submit the required materials until you receive an official recognition letter. 在这 period, your timely response to any requests for information or changes to your constitution 会加快这一进程吗.
Groups that miss any of the steps will not have their recognition granted.
